WHO WE ARE

Worldschooling UK is run by independent travel consultants with The Independent Travel Consultants, part of Wake Enterprises Limited… Your booking is made and protected through Wake Enterprises Limited, acting as a travel agent.

YOUR MONEY IS PROTECTED

Wake Enterprises Limited is bonded by Protected Travel Services (PTS), membership number 6266. Your payments go into a ring-fenced trust account managed by independent trustees, so your money is protected if we stop trading. This doesn't cover money paid for travel insurance.

DEPOSITS & PAYING THE BALANCE

To book, you pay the cruise line's deposit plus £10 per person. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. If you book within 12 weeks of sailing, you pay in full when you book. If the balance isn't paid on time, the cruise line can cancel the booking and cancellation charges apply. We don't send payment reminders, so please note your balance date.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR BOOKING

Changes and cancellations must come in writing from the lead passenger.

· Changes: the cruise line's charge plus £25 per person. Changes can't always be made.

· Cancellations: the cruise line's charge, which can be up to 100% of the cost, plus £40 per person.

If part of your group cancels and the price per person goes up for those still travelling, that difference is payable too.

IF THE CRUISE LINE CHANGES YOUR SAILING

If the cruise line makes a significant change or cancels, we'll tell you as soon as we can and help you with the options. We're not responsible for changes caused by events outside anyone's control, such as bad weather, strikes or port closures.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Please take out travel insurance when you book, covering cancellation, medical costs and repatriation, and lost luggage. Tell your insurer about any medical conditions.

PASSPORTS & HEALTH

Everyone travelling needs a valid passport, including babies and children. Some countries require it to be valid for six months after you return. Check the entry rules for every country on your sailing at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice, and ask your GP about any health advice.

OUR RESPONSABILITY

We'll make your booking as you ask us to. The cruise line is responsible for providing the cruise. If we are found responsible for a problem, our liability is limited to twice the cost of your booking. This doesn't limit our liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.

COMPLAINTS

If something goes wrong on board, tell the cruise line straight away so they can try to fix it. If it isn't resolved, write to us within 28 days of getting home: Customer Relations, Wake Enterprises Limited, Steepfield House, Waterloo Road, Talywain, NP4 7DX. Include your booking reference and departure date.

LAW

These terms are governed by English law. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can choose the law of where you live.
